Ami Darji

Ami’s dream was to always work with overseas companies and this started to become a reality when she began her career working within the Export & Import industry.

Whilst doing this, she also achieved her Degree in Management Finance which has now led her to becoming part of the Penguin Team.

Since joining the team in August 2022, Ami has been a key member of our Client Support Team undertaking administrative tasks, providing support to the team and delivering an excellent service to our clients.

Outside the office, Ami enjoys meditation and socialising with friends. She is also a die-hard coffee lover and visits new cafes whenever she gets a chance.

1. What’s the craziest thing you’ve done?

I have an endless list but I am known to play pranks on my friends. One of the biggest pranks was organising a fake engagement ceremony for a childhood friend and arranged for all our friends to be at a venue.

2. What’s the best thing you’ve spent money on?

Making my first ever recurring donation.

3. The worst?

Signing up to an expensive gym – I only went for a week!

Why Men Don’t Listen and Women Can’t Read the Maps – by Allan & Barbara Pease.

5. If you’re not working, where will we find you?

Mostly eating outside, socialising with my friends and exploring new trekking and camping sites.
