Before starting at Penguin, Jet had years of experience in a wide variety of roles, including beauty, manufacturing, hospitality, fitness, and social care sectors. After graduating with a double honours degree in Criminology and Sociology from Cardiff University, Jet realized that she enjoyed working in a customer-client environment and had a passion for helping people.
