With over 15 years of experience in the Legal profession, Laura brings a calm, detail-oriented and trustworthy approach to supporting our clients.

Naturally a people person, Laura values connection, clear communication and building meaningful relationships. These values underpin everything she does as part of the Client Relationship Team, where her focus is always on making every interaction personal, clear and supportive.

Laura is known for always having a warm smile when clients visit Penguin – because to her, great relationships begin with trust, kindness and genuine human connection.

Outside of work, Laura’s a qualified dog groomer and a passionate animal lover, regularly volunteering at local dog rescues. That part of her life keeps her grounded and serves as a daily reminder of how much care and empathy matter – whether she’s helping a nervous rescue dog or reassuring a client.

In her spare time, she loves to travel with favourite destinations including Mexico, Monte Carlo, the Dominican Republic, Tenerife, and New York, each one offering its own spark of inspiration. Laura also enjoys live music and takes any opportunity to attend concerts. Whether it’s exploring a new city or getting swept up in a live performance, these experiences fuel her curiosity and help her stay connected – in life and in her work.

1. What’s the craziest thing you’ve done?

Swam with lemon sharks in Domincan Republic/ Horse riding in the mountains of Domincan Republic where they filmed Jurassic Park.

2. What’s the best thing you’ve spent money on?

The adoption fee (Dogs Trust Cardiff) for my fluffy dog Patrick.

3. The worst?

I could say on the amount of clothes/accessories, but I like to see it is as more of an investment.

4. What’s your favourite book?

I love reading so hard to choose, but love books by Martina Cole and any books about dogs.

5. If you’re not working, where will we find you?

Exploring new places with my Fiancé and my dog Patrick, shopping with my sister, catching up with friends and going on Holiday love a bit of winter sun.
