He explains to Shaun how there are 3 experiences that every business has: 1) The Brand Experience, 2) The Customer Experience and 3) The Employee Experience – the final one being the ‘core’ aspect. If you create a great experience for your employees, then they will create a great experience for your customers and happy customers will take care of your brand and reputation.
