The Business Secret Podcast is based on our second book The Business Secret which you can download for FREE here. The book is aimed at business owners starting their journey or looking to shake up their business, putting the right planning in place, creating more time, and managing their team properly. The Podcast aims to shine a spotlight on some of the best established and up-and-coming business owners South Wales has to offer. Members of our team get the chance to speak openly and frankly to people that have taken the big step to go it on their own.

As a firm we wanted to give budding business owners, and those already well on their journey, the opportunity to take a candid look at the highs and lows faced by other business owners of South Wales in 2019. We discover how they found success, their future plans, and what makes them tick.

Keith has been in training and coaching for over 10 years specialising in high-level customer service and management development. He states that he loves understanding people’s motivations and actions.  He is also a life and business coach and thrives on helping people achieve. In addition to all of this, Keith is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programmer. In this episode, Keith tells Paul why he thinks video is so important when marketing (but you have to know your audience first), why you shouldn’t devalue yourself as a business owner, and why he took a month off in 2019 and headed to Florida.

How to download a Podcast on Apple Podcasts

Step 1. Ensure that you’re connected to the WIFI

Step2. Find the Podcast that you want to download and hit ‘Subscribe’

Step 3. Tap to your library and your Podcast will be saved there

Step 4. Click your Podcast and click the plus button

Step 5. A download cloud icon button will appear

Step 6. Wait for the small status circle to complete

Step 7. You know it’s downloaded because there is no longer a plus button next to the episode

Step 8. Enjoy!

How to download a Podcast on Android

Step 1. Ensure that you’re connected to the WIFI

Step2. Find the Podcast that you want to download and hit ‘Subscribe’

Step 3. Tap the 3 dot menu button.

Step 4. Tap download

Step 5. Once the download has completed, a ‘downloaded’ downward arrow icon will appear

Step 6. Downloaded podcasts episodes will appear in the ‘Downloads’ category in Favourites when/if you’re offline

Step 7. Enjoy!
