Penguin's New Partnership

When we founded Penguin eleven years ago, our guiding mission was to make expert advice and Financial Excellence available to everyone.

In 2018 we set up Penguin Legal. We wanted to provide more pre & post death Planning services to our clients, because we believe holistic advice is key to helping people to live their best lives, worry free.

To give our clients the highest level of advice and protection, we are delighted to announce that Penguin Legal has gone into partnership with Simpson Solicitors and we will be opening up a fully regulated Legal offering to our clients.

Simpson Solicitors was founded in 2010 and has since grown to become one of the largest providers of Wills and Probate Legal Services in the country. It set out to completely revolutionise the client experience and make the very best Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney’s and Estates advice accessible to all.

How does this new arrangement affect you?

Our new partnership means that a fully regulated and award-winning Legal team will now be able to handle your Legal affairs and offer the highest level of service in this delicate area

Our mission has always been to offer outstanding service to those who trust us to be their partners to Financial Freedom and their best lives and Simpsons is the next exciting phase of offering exactly that.

We are excited that heading up the team at Simpson Solicitors Cardiff will be Craig and joining the team will be Kate and Sam, our two Legal Advisors.

This is a great opportunity for our Client Relationship Assistant Kate, who many of you will have had the pleasure of being served by over the last few years.

She will be moving across to Simpsons from Penguin’s Client Relationship Team to continue her excellent work and will now be providing Legal advice to clients.

Sam has recently joined Simpsons after a long and fruitful relationship with Penguin over the last few years, and we are excited to welcome him to the team and introduce him to you.

The launch countdown starts today, and our partnership will officially launch in March 2021, so get ready for further updates.
